« on: April 30, 2015, 07:10:03 AM »

Please note that the required mydlink services plug-in for the mydlink website only supports 32-bit browsers in Windows OS. Windows 10 users should note that Microsoft Edge is NOT supported. Please use Internet Explorer 11, Chrome, or Firefox.

mydlink.com Supported Browsers
Internet Explorer 7 or higher (32-bit) - Add mydlink.com to the "Compatibility View" exceptions list.
Firefox 12 or higher >v52 please see this: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=66483.0
Chrome 20 or higher > https://www.mydlink.com/faq#id-topFAQ/ans-133
Safari 6 or higher (Mac OS only)

PC Web Browser Troubleshooting
Try FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again. (For older generation products.)
IE 11 and DLINK Active X Install
A quick workaround is to enable developer mode (F12), go to the button icon on the right (Emulation) and select "Internet Explorer 10" instead of "Edge" on Document Mode.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.

Try turning off these features in Chrome:
Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
Uncheck these:
Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Predict network actions to improve page load performance
Enable phishing and malware protection
Some browser may disable the Java plug-in by default. You can enabled the plug-in.

Update 8/01/2015: If using IE and other browsers, you need to install the D-Link Universal Media Player plug-in when requested on mydlink web page. This is replacing the Java plug-in.
