Upgraded 2 DCS-942LB's and now you can not download any of the files on the SD card thru the gui, or myDlink Web. Tried with Firefox, Chrome, and IE. I did look thru some of the forum posts and there is a way by changing the url, but I am not going to cut and paste 100s of urls just to watch any of the videos. So no every night I have to swap the SD cards and copy all the files and try to find what I am looking for.
Dlink needs to fix ASAP.
I also have a DCS-942L and updated it to 1.27 and don't have any issues at all with it.

Can you downgrade back to the FW version that was working and see if that fixes this?

I also installed the 2.11.04 firmware on my on DCS-942LB yesterday ( Dec 5th, 2016) and now cannot view any of the SD files, not on MyDlink or directly from it's IP address. I have wasted a lot of my time on this one... Please fix...... in Canada. James Anderson. :-\

Please downgrade to the prior version of FW that was working to see if it resolves your issue. Please don't include your email in public forums.
This forum is for USA region and does not respond back to emails for support.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional Canada D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Having similar problems as posted. I'm in Canada, have tried the 2.11.04 firmware on the DCS-942LB and have downgraded to v.2.10.07. With 2.11.04 motion detection requires wholesale movement in the field of view to trigger emailing snapshots, video, or save video. I pretty well have to grab and move the camera or shake a broom in front of it a foot away. Walking through the field of view won't trigger still image or video recording. Also in MyDlink, I can't play the recorded video clips, I see indications of the recording, but no thumbnail and video files are inaccessible. I can play the video if I use the web interface direct to the camera, e.g., 192.168.0.49.
If I downgrade to 2.10.07 then using the setup wizard the camera can't connect to MyDlink server and won't let me add the DCS-942LB to MyDlink account. I have five DCS cameras, a mix of 932, 933 and three 942L's. It's this one 942LB that is giving me all the problems. Have spent hours reflashing firmware, resetting and setting up again. All it's working for is live viewing. I can send my self test images. Maybe a dud camera?
Is there older firmware that worked reliably? I would rather have reliability than new features.
