Problems Resolved:
1. Fix issue: Unstable connection when DWA-192 switch from one primary SSID to M-SSID or vice versa.

When I try to get it, It asks for HW version. I am only given the option of VERSION A, I have a version A1.
When I submit it keeps asking for HW version.

What broswer are you using? Try IE11 or FF.
When I use Safari on OSX/Mac, Rev A is already selected then it already displays driver information and download selections.

FYI, anyone experiencing connection problems on Windows after updating. Check the in box USB 3.0 cable that came with the 192 adapter. Could be faulty. ::)
