I did that and these are my results

The thing is when I set my firewall settings to that my torrents make my internet browsing unusable.

Well how much bandwidth do you have your torents set to take up? Also, how many computers are trying to use the connection at the same time when connected through the router?

Sounds like you need to manage the torrent download client so the torrents are not hogging the bandwidth.

Its not only torrents that I dont get the speed with. Direct downloads I cant even TOUCH 4mbps. I get lucky at 2-2.5mbps.

Like as not your ISP is throttling your downloads...torrents are a HUGE red-flag these days....

Beyond everything else, if the source isn't able to deliver as fast as your ISP pipe, it won't matter how big that pipe is....

Whats your source? I am on the same ISP as he is, and I know they aren't throttling my torrents. :-p At-least not in a general way. In a traffic management way, yes, other traffic like VOIP and streaming gets priority, but that's the way it should be.
