Greetings,
I have two 930L cameras.  Unable to connect my two 930L cameras using a 3g usb modem.  Both cameras are connected via home wifi, both have steady green lights.  I can view both cameras locally (when connected directly to our router) using mydlink portal.  However, when connected via my 3g usb modem, I have green check marks on both cameras as seen using the mydlink portal.  The java plug in loads normally; then it times out.  I can view and adjust both camera by connecting to them via their ip addresses locally. Also, I can move the 3g modem to my desktop and can see cameras OK.  Some setting on my netbook...  anyone?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Bob

I may have figured out what was wrong here.  I uninstalled Java 7, and reinstalled old Java version 6 update 7.  At least for now, both cameras are viewable via my netbook connected via a 3g usb modem.  I am quite surprised that no one replied here... Well, if anyone else has a similar problem, I do hope this will help them.  Wish me luck....  I tried e-mailing mydlink;  NO response, none... is there a phone number for tech support?
