I can view my live video on my phone and tablet (androids).  I am unable to pan or tilt from either device.  We're pretty much between 30 and 50 MBPS here so speed isn't an issue. 

I can't view on any pc.  I own the company so access to the router isn't a big deal but I don't know what to turn on or off.  I've read that you have to allow a PC access but I'm not sure how to do that.  My router is a motorola and the IP is 192.168.X.X.  I can look at all the settings but it really shouldn't be this difficult to setup a device that can be purchased at BEST BUY.

any help would be great.  I'd even like to get into the settings and have the camera notify me if there is motion ... but i can't seem to access that either.
