Unable to view/create network map in windows 7
« on: June 11, 2014, 04:18:48 AM »

I recently installed the DGS1210-28 smart switch and since then I am unable to view the network map in windows 7.   Normally, I am able to just go to network settings and press the "See full map" and it would show all connected devices.
I have read that one cause could be LLDP is not enabled.  The problem is that I do not see any such setting in the switch menus.
I am really confused with this and seemingly unable to do usual searches for anybody with the similar problem.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Maybe this helps. Also look here (section called "Configuration problems")
