Overview

On October 14, 2019, D-Link discovered a 3rd-party public disclosure that accuses the DIR-868L Rev. Bx F/W v2.03 & Lower, DIR-885L Rev. Ax F/W v1.20 & Lower, DIR-895L Rev. Ax F/W v1.21 & Lower of an authentication vulnerability affecting the USB Shareport feature. This vulnerability was verified which may allows an malicious user to affect the device that could cause the device to malfunction or provide access to the USB Shareport.
