hi guys,
need your help regarding this issue. when I'm trying to create/paste items on one of my shared folder it keeps prompting access denied. i already provide read/write access on the user id.
anyone.. please.. help...

It's a problem with the folder's attributes. Your user can have access to the file to read and write, but be unable to change the attributes. Its a known bug with these devices that DLINK hasn't acknowledged. They need to have a reset permissions function in their configuration menu, and they don't. You, like me and others are waiting for a new release of firmware that will include this function...

minimal fun_plug which will update the owner and permission to unlock the files and directories
download, put in Volume_1, reboot, post your success story

for those who already have fun_plug or optware should not need this as you can already ssh / telnet into the box to fix the permissions
