Will the DAP 1360 work with a wireless LINKSYS router? I want to use the repeater mode to expand my coverage.
thanks

Good luck with that, I've been trying to get my 1360 setup as repeater mode for a long time and with a second unit also...my main problem is that I can't get connection to unit without the application, the browser way is just not working. And as you've noticed D-Links support is non existing.... >:(

I tried that and it seemed to drop 95% of the Linksys traffic. At first I thought I had it configured wrong, but finally noticed the trickle of traffic.

I returned it and bought a Linksys repeater, which works fine, although it is much less capable that what the 1360 advertises.

I too have had no luck with the DAP-1360 when used with a Linksys wireless access point. Although it connects fine and provides a strong wireless signal to devices nearby, those devices get dropped connections every minute or two. The connections come back up within 10-20 seconds, but then drop again a minute (or so) later.  Turning off the DAP-1360, my wireless devices have no issues.  -- Eric
