I'm not able to access recording using the IOS app neither on my iPhone or IPAD, however i can view them on Android platform.
It shows the following message: "Error - There is no recording data available" !!!
Kindly advise.

Did you ever get this fixed?? I'm having the same problem. :'(

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
