I am unable to draw the motion detection area on the screen. When I click on the image in setup, the entire image moves instead of allowing me to draw within the image.
Also, the help section doesn't seem to correspond to the available settings for "Record". The sidebar help dialogue says:
"Total cycling recording size: Please input the network path of your network storage, it will like
"\\DNS\IPCamRecord\". If the network storage need authentication, please enter your user name and password here."
but there is no apparent place to enter this information.
I would like to record to the ftp server I already have set up, but it is not selectable as an option under "Record" options. Is there another way to do this?
