Hi I upgraded my brand new 323 to 1.04 from 1.03. It did not give me the option to reformat which I would like to do. But I do not see how you can invoke a reformat. Can someone please advise thanks!

Western Digital WD5000AAKS 500GB x 2 Got everything working in the end needed to Power off. Now I have a mapping problem with Vista. When I reboot my laptop the mapping is lost and will not accept the normal login. Have to create a new map every time I logon  :(

When the tool locks please allow time to finish formatting and try refreshing the screen and log back into the DNS-323. The drive may be formatted. I have seen this on occasion were the web browser stays on that page but the device actually finished the format but the browser does not refresh.
