Camera accessible in iOS app, but not using browser
« on: June 01, 2016, 04:52:32 AM »

Hi

My camera is accessible, with live video, using the "mydlink Lite" app on my iPhone, but I can no longer access the camera using the D-Link website (https://eu.mydlink.com/).

The camera has also stopped uploading images to my FTP server.

The camera seems to be working fine, it's "just" the FTP upload and web access that seems to be disabled/broken.

I have tried unplugging and the camera, and then plugged it in again.

Is there a way to remotely "fix" (or even restart) the camera? The camera is in a house far away, so I can not adjust settings physically, everything has to be done over internet.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Maybe a eu.mydlink.com service issue. You may want to phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask them about this. If you can get the mobile at to work, then this suggests a .com issue.
