Title: Really slow speeds because of router :(

I normally have 14mbps download, while the upload remains unchanged at 1. Here's a pic:

When I do a direct connection my speeds are fine. I've reset the router, updated firmware; no luck. Is there anything I can do aside from buying a new router?

Edit* I own a WBR-1310 rev D1
