You can shorten all that into one command if you know the path. Just telnet in and run the command from the default prompt. You can even put it into a script on cronjob to run automatically.

For example:
chown -R nobody /mnt/HD_a2/multimedia
Logged
3 x DNS-323 with 2 x 2TB WD Drives each for a total of 12 TB Storage and Backup. Running DLink Firmware v1.08 and Fonz Fun Plug (FFP) v0.5 for improved software support.
