I cannot adjust settings QoS in DSL-2740U

• What region are you located?

These model modems are not marketed here in the NA region so no experience on them. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
