My DSR-250 is currently sitting between two LANs: my outer LAN, whch has all of my servers, and my inner LAN, which has my personal computers that I don't want to be accessible from outside. My goal is to set up packet filtering between these two LANs so that the router will drop packets trying to get from the outer LAN to the inner LAN if they have certain signatures. The outer LAN is bridged to a WiFi network that has an AP going out to the Internet. For some reason, when I log into the router, it only lists one LAN - the 192.168.10.0 LAN. It doesn't list the 10.10.8.0 LAN (the outer LAN). Both LANs are connected to ports on the router. It also assigned a 192.168.10.X address through DHCP to one of my devices on the outer LAN, which I didn't want it to do. So basically, I have two LANs connected to the LAN ports, but it thinks they're the same LAN. I haven't configured the router yet, but I don't know how to configure it if it only allows me to access one LAN at a time. How can I tell it that the two LAN ports connect to different LANs? I'm reading through the CLI reference manual right now, and I can't seem to find this information. I thought all routers viewed each LAN interface as a different network with a different address space. Why is my router viewing both LANs as the same and/or only showing one LAN?

Check the user manual for having two different LAN networks connected.
