Error when mapping or accessing
« on: August 17, 2010, 06:23:16 PM »

I am receiving an error... "Configuration information could not be read from domain controller...." I have tried to map the drive from 2 PC's, and have verified connectivity. Any ideas?

I assume that you are operating on a Windows system.

1) Have you a Windows Domain with a Server or a Windows Workgroup?
2) Can you successfully ping the unit?
3) Can you access the DNS-323 consolle via Browser? Shares are correctly set up? Be sure that user names and password are exactly the same of that you are using in windows.
4) Have you tried to access the dns-323 by ip address in windows explorer?? Try for example \\192.168.1.xxx\Volume_1
