Are there any settings on my Ethernet controller to get the most out of a wired connection to a DGL-4300? I'm asking with online gaming in mind, and was just wondering if there was anything I could do on the computer's intergrated Ethernet controller end to help performance. I sure that Ethernet controller very some depending on the type, but are their any general recommendations for setting up that end of the connection?
Here are a list of the advanced options I have for my controller, and I have little idea what they really do:

Auto disable Gigabit
Flow Control
Green Ethernet
Interrupt Moderation
IPv4 Checksum Offload
Jumbo Frame
Large Send Offload (IPv4)
Large Send Offload v2 (IPv4)
Large Send Offload v2 (IPv6)
Network address
Priority & VLAN
Receive Buffers
Receive Side Scaling
Shutdown Wake-On-Lan
Speed and Duplex
TCP Checksum offload (IPv4)
TCP Checksum offload (IPv6)
Transmit Buffers
UDP Checksum offload (IPv4)
UDP Checksum offload (IPv6)
Wake on Magic Packet
Wake on Pattern Match
WOL & shutdown Link Speed

What should these be set to to get the best usage of the DGL-4300?

Here's some more info in case it's helpful:
