D-Link products don't have a log out button. There is a built in time out feature of the web page that will automatically log the connected user out of the web page. Usually about 3 minutes. Has varied per product.

Accessing the Modems web page can only be access by the LAN side devices at 192.168.1.1. Unless you enable Remote access, then you could access the modems web page from a remote location, like work.

Remote access is usually disabled by default. Look in the user manual it see if you this model modem has this remote access. If it has this feature, there will be instruction on how to enable it if you need to enable it.

Looking thru one version of the user manual for this model modem, I don't see any remote modem access features so this may not be available on yours. So nothing to worry about possibly. If you need details, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office for additional information.
