PhpMyAdmin update for DNS - 320L

Good afternoon.

I need to update the application phpMyAdmin for DNS - 320L . Currently it contains phpMyAdmin 3.5.1 and need to be updated to version 4.6.4 for Europe.

It can not be done. The reason - on the NAS embedded MySQL 5.1 & PHP 5.2
Minimum requirements phpMyAdmin 4.6.4 - MySQL 5.5 & PHP 5.5
I can make phpMyAdmin 4.0.10.17

The drawback is that this version has no table type utf8mb4_unicode_ci so do not load the latest versions of Wordpress tables.

With Adminer-mysql so does?
