Hello people,
i would like to ask your support about my project to make a connection between the Dir 505 and a laptop with Windows Xp.
I would like to share a wireless internetconnection with Ipad's/tablets, which connect to the Dir 505.
Therefore i must Establish a connection between the lanport of the laptop and the lanport on the Dir 505.

I connect to the internet by a wireless connection to the wifiport of the laptop and would share this with the lanport.
Is it possible to connect the Dir 505 with the laptop by the normal Utp cable or do i need a crosscable?

With kindly regards, Marco

I recommend reviewing the user manual to see if the RJ 45 port supports this kind of configuration...
