Can't find wireless router
« on: August 14, 2016, 08:09:25 AM »

My wireless route was not secure. I went through the step by step instructions to secure the router but now none of my devices can find the router. Please advise.

It sounds like it is really secure now!   ;D

What router are you using? Have you tried a factory reset?

WBR-1310 is the router.  With a factory reset would it no longer show the wireless?

Which hardware version?

There's A, B, or D.

This is only a wireless-G product, is that correct?   That standard is pretty old.

You can connect with an ethernet cable and computer?    Can you log into the router this way and see if the wireless is turned on/off?

The WiFi button isn't lit. I only have an iPhone and iPad with me, not laptop with me correctly to hook to Ethernet. I would assume the wireless must have somehow gotten shut off
