DCS-2330L PTZ

DCS-2330L PTZ No longer works with this camera why?
 So far I have:
1) Deleted all presets
2) reset camera
3) tried looking for firmware version upgrade and support has an older version listed Firmware 1.12.00 yet I have Firmware 1.14.03 installed.

Everything I have tried has not worked.

Any and all help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?

When did you notice that PTZ was not working. When was the last time it was working? What is working on prior version of FW?
What PC platform are you using to use PTZ?
What browser are you using to use PTZ?
