How to connect DCS-6500LH with browser (edge)

Hi there, normally I have no problems connecting a camera, but with the DCS-6500LH this is not possible? anyone have an idea

This camera is not sold in the USA so I do not know for sure but looking at the manual it looks like it is app-only and does not have a web UI.
