DFL-860 Resets unexpectedly
« on: January 31, 2014, 02:06:02 PM »

Hi Everyone,

Since a couple of months I've been dealing with the following problem with my DFL: It suddenly resets itself, it does it once in a while and then it keeps doing it until it gets completely frozen; then i have to physically unplug it and it will work fine for a couple of days and then all happens again.

I did a firmware update and it worked fine for a couple of weeks and then... >:(

At the system status page it shows an Exception error, last time it showed 'Exception 'SWI' occurred at address 0x3xxxxx' , then i do a nice reboot via the maintenance tab and it won't show any "Exception", it works fine for an undetermined time and then all happens again.

I've had to re route all the system trough a Linux box when I'm not at place because i never know when its gonna fail.

Thanks in advance, any help will be appreciated. ;D

Hi,

On the maintenance menu you have a technical support txt file.

Check if there is a dump on it.
