It's not working for me either. D-Link is aware of it.

Thanks, I purchased these in June and was wondering if I should(can) return them. I realize that DLink is aware of the problem, but it appears that since the product release it hasn't worked. I contacted customer support and they requested that I contact tech support but as you've mentioned it doesn't work. If it doesn't and there isn't a fix... what's my option.

You could return the camera for now and keep an eye on this forum. I presume once D-Link resolves this issue then you could re-consider another one at that time.

thanks. Unfortunately the window to return via Amazon closed as of August 2nd. Which means that I would need to go through DLink for a refund. But Customer service considers this a technical issue even though it's apparent that the camera doesn't work, and that's where my problem sits.

I guess I'll contact tech support..... wish me luck.
