Title: Yahoo Widget is not the answer -- Any other ideas?

Been trying to understand why the QOS on my 655 doesn't seem to protect the VOIP connection adequately, so looking to monitor what happens on the router when the phone rings. I thought the Widget might indicate something about the traffic shaping, but it only mirrors the static settings, so is useless for fire-tuning, and just about anything else.

Any ideas on how to advance this cause? I have VOIP set to priority 1, everything else is below that.
