I have a D-Link DNS-320. Does this support USB broadband dongle like the Synology?
If not, which other D-Link product does?

I do not believe any of D-Link's NAS devices support connecting a USB broadband adapter to the USB port. I am assuming you mean a USB adapter that connects 3g/4g?
What Synology NAS device supports this?
Just curious, what would be the reasoning for this?

I moved flats and not fancy getting line broadband... and seen unlimited mobile broadband dongles seem okay speed and no contract.

I would suggest getting a router that supports a USB broadband adapter. Connecting a broadband adapter directly to the NAS would not work. It would basically connect the NAS directly to the Internet. You need a router to allow your NAS and other devices to connect to the Internet.
You may want to contact the UK office for inquiries on the routers they offer. For example: http://www.dlink.com/uk/en/products/dwr-921-4g-lte-router (http://www.dlink.com/uk/en/products/dwr-921-4g-lte-router)
