At launch, this camera will only work with the mydlink Lite app, and will not be compatible with the mydlink Home app.

EDIT: Added support for the mydlink app. This will allow for cloud recording.

Unfortunately not. It will only be able to be accessed by mydlink app, mydlink Lite app, and the mydlink portal.
