Configure Router to block Smart TV ads

I have a Samsung Smart TV and find the YouTube ads annoying. Searching the Internet I see a list of websites to block on my router. but when I go into my dlinkrouter.local menu, I don't see where to don't this. I need step-by-step instructions. Thank you.
