What features, fixes, and functionality you would like to see in the future firmware updates for the DNS-320?

How about an app for android so i have control of my nas from my phone and also what about being able to save live video recording from ip security camera?

thanks in advance!

Please share the ID3 tag track number for audio files over UPnP.  Currently only the ID3 tag track name is being shared and this is resulting in albums listing their tracks in alphabetical order instead of correct album order.  Sharing ALL the ID3 tag info would be a plus.

A similar problem existed on the DNS-323 and I'm not sure if it ever got fixed.  The problem is well explained in this thread: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=7900.msg53909#msg53909

Power Schedule On/Off
You can set up multiple schedules for auto power on or off at any designated time. In line with dlinks green efforts :)

I couldn't agree more with the above, this feature is most definitely around the top of my wish list.

Hmmm, ok after spending some time faffing about this afternoon trying to migrate my drives to a larger variant - one of the definite things at the top of my wish list is the ability to copy the contents of the NAS to a USB drive directly!

I'm having to use Windows at the moment as a 'bridge' to do the transfer, and it's so much slower doing it this way.

I understand looking here (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=39036.0) that this can be achieved with fun_plug and some command lines, but it would be nice to have such a feature built into the NAS.

Allow a USB-disk to be the target destination for the built in "local backup" application.
This is the only improvement I really need.

Are you specifically referring to the on-board USB port or any external storage on the same network as the DNS-320?

I would also like to see the option to back up the NAS to a local / attached usb, along with 3TB usb drive support.  If the backup option could be made simpler to use and to have a synchronize option with another NAS or USB drive it would be great too.

i know i can use third party p2p.. but frankly the ori p2p works quite fine...

i just wish i can control max number of concurrent download when i enable it... in firmware 2 it's always 10 which too heavy for my connection..
