Title: Alternative to Iphone mydlink app?

Is there some alternative to official mydlink lite iphone app? I find the app quite limited since I cannot for example change settings of my cam nor switch night vision from the app. Recording of the stream is also missing. Isn't Dlink considering putting all the software to open source community since I find the current software stability and features as quite a disappointment?
