I'm trying to register to the web http://dlink.vtverdohleb.org.ua/Add-On/index.php
But all the users and mails i'm using are already, or blocked.
Can anybody help me, or say if there are any restriction with gmail domain??

Maybe your account has not has passed check or blocked. Try after 5 min.

You have registered online username "swachter" 2017-02-09 19:02:06 (IP: 46.5.XXX.86). In the e-mail "s_wachter@XXXXXXX.de" had come to a letter of confirmation of registration and a link to the activation, as reported by the appropriate inscription on the screen after the completion of registration.
If you have not made an asset registered account, re-registration is disabled for some time. This protection against bots and unscrupulous users.

I have the same problem, i cannot register. ANd a have never received any confirmation email, so that i may validate my email address.
So, i try to register again, i get the "many registrations from the same IP" block. :o
Could you please unblock my email address, please? I'm in desperate need of some addons.
I used the same username in my registration as you see above.

Let me know your login on the site and I'll activate it manually. Why did not you receive the activation email? I can not know. Every day tens of users are activated on the site without problems. Perhaps your mail server perceives a message with activation as spam.
