Just want to share my experience if you are encountering the same. After much drama (detailed below), finally I got 202L set up for 932L and 5020L cameras. My question now is that what happens when my HDD is full? Please confirm that my guess of an overwrite of the oldest recordings is correct.
Drama 1) 202L could not recognize 932L: This is due to my firmware version on the 202L being outdated. It is v1.01 out of box, and v1.02 is required for recognition. Log on to mydlink, select 202L, tab support, download v1.02 firmware which is a "bin" file; tab my devices, find your 202L, go setting, connect then go NVR info, go maintenance, go firmware update, then browse for the bin file and proceed as instructed
Drama 2) cannot send alert email to gmail account: The default port number is 25, and for gmail it is 587. go to NVR advanced setting as described above, then select setup, then event setup. save the correct port number then test
Hope this saves you from too much trouble installing.

Thank you for posting this! I couldn't get my 932 to register. I went through the dlink support page and the firmware they listed was NOT the latest version(1.01). I had to log into mydlink just like you said to get 1.02 and now the camera shows up.

Check this.. Connect to your 202L, > select NVR Info, > Select Advance Settings, > Select Maintenance, > Select H.D.D. , > Make sure Enable Automatic Overwrite is checked

Thanks Jammer, I had no clue there was a new firmware as I thought the front page of this sub-forum said the most recent update was May 2014. I kept having issues where my 202-L would lose sight of cameras even though the mydlink app was showing them fine. I updated the firmware and surprisingly they were auto-found and connecting them through that seemed to do the trick.
