DAP-1320 not doing anything
« on: March 05, 2014, 08:06:40 PM »

New to this forum - don't know if this is the place to ask this question.
Got a DSL 2642 for a while and works OK. Had an ASUS laptop and always had a good signal from the router.
Recently bought a new Dell laptop and signal strength very low and hardly ever getting internet reception.
Bought the DAP 1320 to hopefully get me out of trouble, but as soon as I connected it a firmware recovery page comes up telling me to find a file and upgrade it.
I've got no idea what's this about.
Done a reboot on the DAP and same problem.
Any one able to offer some help.

I DO have a strong signal though. even though I can't do anything with it.

Thanks
Chris

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at sticker under DAP.
  • What region are you located?

Give this a try:
Emergency Recovery Mode

Let us know how it goes...
