Hi everyone,
I have been trying for hours to connect my new DCS-5010L to mydlink.com with no luck. I've done this before with another camera model DCS-942L at my mom's home and had no such problem.
I'm using a DIR-615 wireless router (5.12 firmware) with the DCS-5010L (1.03 firmware). I'm running the latest wizard to setup the camera, but when it reaches the point of linking the camera with Mydlink.com, it says "Could not connect to the Internet. Click Close, then check your settings."
The camera gets an IP from the router 192.168.0.102 and I can log into the camera and changes settings. The camera works fine locally but I want to be able to view the camera with a mobile device when I'm not home.
I've reset the camera several times and now at a loss what to try next.
Any suggestions?

If you haven't done so already, please physically wire the camera to your router during the initial configuration (i.e. don't connect the camera via wireless).

I have the exact same problem, but with a DCS-5010L. Did you manage to solve your problem?

Did you try configuring the device through a wired connection?
