Title: Problem with pan and tilt
Post by: Jack32 on November 20, 2013, 09:31:41 AM
We have many of these cameras installed. On multiple cases, when you try to pan the camera left or right, or tilt up/down, the camera seems to do it's calibration procedure observed when it firsts powers on. After it does that calibration sequence sometimes it will move whichever way you told it to, other times it will just go back to the home position. You can also hear it making a clicking/grinding noise when do it's calibration sequence. Not sure if this is just a bad camera hardware or software related, but we have observed this on a lot of cameras.

Thanks for any assistance,
