Title: AP doesn't seem to do its job

Ok so here's the situation:

Netgear router N, about 100 meters away which is connected to DAP-1360 and i'm using it as a range extender (repeater mode?) and this AP is connected to the computer. Now the problem is this:

-When i download a file next to the router i get 500-600kb/sec
-When i download same file on computer connected to DAP-1360 i get 100-200kb/sec
-When i download same file on laptop sitting next to AP or nearby (5 meters away) i get 40-50kb/sec

Why is this happening, i need some serious help because i'm very very tired to figuring out the problem.
