Remove VLAN
« on: June 28, 2017, 03:11:14 AM »

New user here, sorry for dumb question.

How can I remove port from VLAN? The switch says something like that the actual port is a dynamic member of Voice VLAN or ASVLAN, but both are disabled.

I can't even delete the whole VLAN, as it says it has members.

Thank you for your help.

Is there any UI disable or enable check boxes?

I would review the user manual to see what features are available for this switch.

I've been browsing the documentation for ages, but I haven't find any reference. Both Voice VLAN and Auto Surveillance VLANs are disabled.

Is there any second level support for DLINK products?

Thanks,

This is what I get:

If this port is dynamic Member Port of ASV or Voice VLAN, this port can not be removed from ASV or Voice VLAN by user.

This is strange, because I want to remove the port from 802.1Q VLAN.

Moreover, after the error status, the switch becomes unreachable for a while. Strange.
