Trying to contact Dlink support vial email and it requires a Dlink #, drawing shows on back of camera. There is no # on back of camera, I have the mac address and serial number on the card it came with! but no dlink #.
The problem I am having the camera is fine in local mode but when I try to look at it via mydlink it takes forever to load or never loads. When it does load it do not stay connected.

The 2630l information is on the bottom, under the base.

Great I just mounted the camera under the eaves of the house on a ladder and was hoping it was not underneath. Also I just notice there is a number under the camera icon on mydlink is that the dlink #.

I have difficulties too sometimes with the mydlink lite app and the 2630l.
