- Download the firmware file to your PC desktop (from your local D-Link support Site)
- Using a web browser, enter the IP address of your camera
- Use a browser to log into the camera web interface
- Navigate to: MAINTENANCE > Firmware Upgrade (Navigation path may vary on some D-Link camera models)
- Click Browse... (select the firmware file previously saved to your desktop, the file path will be displayed on the field)
- Upgrade the firmware by clicking on Upload and wait for the timer to run down.
Notes
- Please save the Configuration Settings File prior to upgrading firmware.
- If the firmware file is compressed (e.g. zip extension), un-compress the firmware file prior to upgrading
- When applicable, Do not upgrade firmware via a wireless connection as a network disruption can render your camera unusable.
