No because I have never heard of this one. But this does not look like something useful for me becasue the only thing I need is the remote access to the files from a browser and the cloud one looks like something to sync data.

edit: mmm apparently you got to pay to upgrade to sync?

The DNS-325/345 have a cloud app in which you register an account (i.e. USERNAME) and visit USERNAME.mydlinkcloud.com.  There are admin and guest accounts, access to streaming video/audio stored on the device, file download capability, shared photos, . . . etc.

Based on your screenshots, it looks like the DNS-320L may be employing a different approach.

This is the only one that I was aware of with DNS-320L: https://fr.mydlink.com/entrance

And sadly it won't work using a internet browser even though the android app is working.

A new mydlink.com board in this forum was recently created here: mydlink.com.  You can re-post your question there with a link back to this thread.

However, I can say with some confidence (since I'm managing that board) that all posts to date deal primarily with camera related issues. . . but it can't hurt to try.

Well, thanks, I guess it can't hurt to post over here.

I've tried several boards already and many people obsviously got the DNS-320 or 320L si I really struggle why it is impossible to have a feedback for this issue. It's like no one use this site.

Well still no help.

Among the numerous DNS-320 users of this board, no one wants to use the website or will bother making a feedback it seems.  :-\

Also I realized that when trying to connect to the NAS when I am in the loop of infinite loading to display contect it actually wake up the NAS so something stragne really going on here.

BTW - the DNS-320 doesn't support mydlink, only ShareCenters with the "L" designation.

Are there any DNS-320L owners out there who have used mydlink on this device that can help zemops ???

I had feedback from others users on a french board that experienced the exact same issue that me. So unless someone else is willing to make the test (about 1min) and is successful, I consider that the website from dlink is not working properly.

It's working fine for me (DNS-320L).
Remember you need Java installed in your system and properly activated in your browser....

It's clearly the case for me, no issue with java whatsoever. So this is really interesting as I have no clue why it's not working me (and never was) contrary to the android app that works perfectly. I can access the NAS remotely from any remote computer using both the web admin interface or FTP. Any idea?

Btw I can show the same picture as cyberdie but I can't actually browse the NAS or display the files as stated in the first post with a screenshot.

The problem is exactly the one descripted by zemops; I can access the NAS through the Android App, using the web interface when connected to the LAN or mounting it as a network drive.
When logging in to the website I can see the device as found, but I cannot manage to get to browsing the files, it hangs in the same point that zemops said.
I tried at home/work with Chrome/Firefox on Windows and on Chrome on Ubuntu.
