Router won't recognize modem
« on: August 14, 2009, 03:09:04 PM »

Up until a couple days ago, my WBR-1310 router worked flawlessly.  Then the problems started.  The internet connection became really slow.  So I reset both the modem and the router.  Once I did that, I was no longer able to connect to the internet wirelessly.  When I plugged directly into the cable modem, I was able to get the internet so I know it's not the modem.  While on the phone with my cable company, they were able to tell that the router wasn't recognizing the modem.  I've already reset the router back to factory settings and that didn't work either.  Any ideas?!?!?

I am having the same problem with my router. I never had any problems until 2 days ago the internet went down. I can not get my wbr-1310 to connect to the PPoE even though all info is correct. Will not recognize modem at all.
