How can i access my DNS-320 from the internet?

I have FTP setup through FireFTP
Torrents setup through the transmission web interface

But i would like to access the HTTP downloads so i can download .EXEs here at work and access them with the FTP

Is there a standard port or is it something i need to set up to access the NAS from here at work?
Using my standard dynDNS link just takes me to my router settings currently.

If you're using the standard port for FTP and Transmission webUI then you need to open (port-forward) port 21 and 9091.

Yep those are fine, and working fine on those ports.

How do i access the HTTP download is the question.
I.e when at home i use the device name or Lan IP to get to the admin panel.
But how do i do it when i am at work?

.Exes are blocked at school and occasionally i need a particular program for a class, so i can Http download it through the NAS and then FTP to transfer it to my work laptop.

Simple, just port-forward port 80 (external) to port 80 (internal) of your NAS. If your ISP block port 80 then use any other port number for example 8080 but internal remain at 80.
