I am unable to sign into my DNR-322L using the mydink lite app on my Windows 8 phone. The message says "Reminding Sign in failed!" I have no issues signing in using mydlink.com or directly via IP. I am also able to log into each of my cameras and my router with minimal issue (occasional connectivity loss over 4G). I have uninstalled/reinstalled.
Any ideas to a solution?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
