Hi,
I try since yesterday to create a mydlink account to take control of my DSP-W215 from Android App with no success.
DSP-W125 is running fine on my local network (WiFi), but registering a mydlink account fails  ???.
Any email, any name/family name gives the same result : «can not create account»
Because I own a DIR-826L too, I tried with this device : same result.
I move to another house : same result.
I tried to see if my emails was already registered : they are not.

All other devices (40+) are running fine on my network  :)

Any idea to create account ?

Had the same problem...no idea how I managed to create an account but I did after trying 40 times.  I think the app is bugged.

Yes for me too : suddenly with no warning it has worked. On my Android device, I always received «can't create account», but in my mailbox I received the activation registration.
I'm happy : the mydlink account is now created, activated and regsitered with my device.
Sadly, it is not visible in «mydlink lite» app !

How did you add the Smart Plug to your mydlink account? I have both, but somehow the device is not showing up in mydlink.
