trying to move our install from an xp machine to a windows 7 machine. i've tried dview cam v3.2 and v3.5 with the same result. I add my device and it only shows a black screen. I tried a 3rd party application and it shows it correctly. I can pull up a webpage and go to the IP address and it displays find. It's only the dview cam software that shows the black screen and not the video image.
What could be causing this?
