Took me a while to locate, but found the Windows phone version of mydlink Cloud App:

Installed on my Nokia Lumina 610 (Win 7.5) and was able to access my NAS easily.

Would like the app to remember my Server and Account, with an option to remember the password also. But it works and I find it useful.

Thanks for posting this.  .  . There is also a Blackberry version of the app as well which I'll post as well.
